Fixed: How to Repair Windows Xp Shutdown Error

I am unable to install any program on my computer since I download windows 10. I installed windows 10 several months ago, I'm not sure it has anything to do with my problem.  But I need usefull suggestions to fix Windows Xp Shutdown issues. Help please!
